About Full House MOMs

Full House Mothers of Multiples (FHM) is a nonprofit support group based in the Portland, Oregon, area. FHM is designed to educate, assist, and support parents, expectant parents, and legal guardians of multiple birth children. We offer myriad support in dealing with the increased problems, stresses, work, and complexity involved in the raising of multiple birth children—as well as sharing the joys through a strong community.

Full House MOMs was started by a group of sixteen mothers in 1981. Since then, the club has grown to more than 500 families and operates with an all-volunteer Board. We are a diverse group that involves the entire family and is inclusive of all types of families. The club is designed to help families with multiples meet others in similar circumstances and benefit from their experiences. We focus on friendship, camaraderie, fun, and sharing the joys and challenges of parenting multiples. To see the services and support that we offer our members please visit What We Offer.

We hope you will find many of our activities fit your busy life with your children and that you will enjoy using this website as a resource. You are always welcome to contact any of our board members with questions. We look forward to seeing your family at a FHM activity soon.

Please be aware we are an entirely volunteer organization. While we strive to answer any questions or requests as soon as possible, we all are also juggling our work with Full House MOMs with our primary responsibilities to our families.
